Today Ken was suppose to get a new HD receiver for his theater room. DirecTV was scheduled to come to by to install it between Noon and 4 p.m. Ken was excited and he took the afternoon off to wait for them. He waited and waited and waited. They never showed. In fact, they never even called!! It's bad enough when they give you a time of "somewhere between Noon and 4:00". You take a whole afternoon off work and they don't even have the courtesy to call. I'm sure Ken really didn't mind not having to be at work this afternoon (because it was a super boring day) but he is very disappointed he didn't get the HD receiver as expected.
