We finally get rid of the turkeys and all of a sudden a bunch of other animals start hanging around!
Thanks to some very kind person there is a dead deer carcass in a field near our house which keep crows and two eagles feed on. It's not so bad now but once all the snow clears, the dogs will start heading in that direction.
Do you remember last year when we had the "lake" in our front yard?

The culvert that was put in mostly took care of that problem this year but now we have a new lake forming in the back yard. That one is kind of scaring us because of the long winter and the melting. It's getting awfully close to the house. Any closer and our storage shed will be floating away!! Anyways, since the lake has gotten bigger we've had seagulls and geese floating around in it. I had to laugh tonight because two geese were circling around the house squaking. I think they were calling out for all their friends.
And last but certainly not least, there are deer... lots of them. Tonight I looked out the window and there were 8 of them strolling around and feeding on the new grass. I don't mind them so much because I like watching them but the dogs freak out.
